Mohamed Salah signs new Liverpool contract03/07/2018 14:10
Mohamed Salah was awarded with a new contract for his incredible performances last season.
Mohamed Salah has signed a new 5-year contract that ties him to Liverpool until 2023. The new deal does not contain a release clause given the interest of big clubs like Real Madrid.
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp is happy with the renewal as he told Liverpool’s official website.
Salah scored 44 goals in total for Liverpool last season after his arrival from Roma. In the process he won the PFA Player of the Year, the Golden Boot and the Footballer of the Year awards.
Salah also played for Egypt in the World Cup, but crashed out of the tournament in the group stages.
