Usain Bolt continues his soccer dream

Usain Bolt this year started training with his fourth different soccer team, namely Strømsgodset of Norway’s best league, the Eliteserien, for the upcoming week.

Usain is getting ready for a friendly charity match on the 10th of June at Manchester’s United stadium Old Trafford. The match will feature several other celebrities and retired players. Usain Bolt has expressed his wish to play for a top soccer club for several years.

According to the club, Usain will play in a training match versus Norway’s U-19 national team on Tuesday. Bolt wore the number 9.58 to highlight his 100m world record.

“I want to get better, work and play as much and as hard as I can” Bolt said, According to a Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang report, “Maybe some club will decide to give me a chance.”

Bolt’s desire is to play “in a top league.”
